This happened when I was in Puerto Princesa (not that you need to know about that but it is important that you know where I was at that time). We were on a vacation with 4 of my college friends. While chilling in our room I logged in on my BPI Express Online account to check if a particular transaction happened (note that this was payday so you get the idea right?). I logged in using my old Sony Ericsson phone which was a hand-me-down from my sister. Yeah, it’s old. I filled in my username and password (which was incorrect). The page loaded my request. But because of – I don’t know – my phone or the internet connection I decided to click the login button more than once just to make sure I did what I was supposed to do. Unfortunately, the BPI online app received the transaction but my phone (or the internet) was so slow to even notify me with my failed login attempt. Have you encountered the following error when paying for your PSA Serbilis using your BDO mobile? "Invalid Payment Details" is displayed after proceeding with the payment for PSA Serbilis using BDO mobile app I did. And it was annoying. Luckily I watched a Youtube video and there I discovered my mistake. So, here’s to help those who might encounter the same issue. Here’s how you can fix the problem. On the Bills Payment Screen: BDO Mobile App Bills Payment Screen 1. Make sure that all required fields are filled in. Note: You can leave “Remarks” blank. 2. Double check the “Pay this Company/Biller” field. It should be “PSA SERBILIS (UNISYS)". 3. Double check the “Pay From” field. Make sure that the account has enough balance to proceed with the transaction. 4. Double check the “Amount” field. PHP 330.00 is for Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates (per copy) while PHP 430.00 is for CENOMAR (per copy). 5. Fill in Subscriber Name. It can be “PSA Birth Certificate”
Please take note of the following before proceeding: You should already have a verified GCash or PayMaya account. You should have the BPI app installed in your smartphone. Steps: Open your BPI mobile app and log in using your credentials: 2. Go to Payments/Load > Load E-Wallet: 3. Select the account you want your load to come from. 4. Select E-Wallet by clicking on the icon shown: Clicking on the icon will allow users to select E-Wallet account Shows the different E-Wallet accounts 5.
